Example: Weekly Email Summary
Review my inbox from the past 5 working days. Identify all emails related to: (1) IDF project, (2) VAT queries from business, (3) Tax authority correspondence. For each, summarize in one line and flag if a response is overdue or due within 48 hours. Present as three grouped lists sorted by urgency.

Tips for Building Your Collection
When to save a prompt: Any time a prompt produces an output that genuinely saves you time or produces quality you would not have achieved as fast manually.
Rate honestly: 5 stars = "I use this weekly and it never disappoints." 3 stars = "Good starting point but needs tweaking each time."
Add notes: Future-you will thank past-you for noting which tool (Copilot Pro/Chat/Word/Outlook) works best and any follow-up prompts that pair well.
Review monthly: Retire prompts that no longer serve you. Iterate on 3-star prompts to make them 5-star.
